We are Hiring! Looking for a front desk receptionist.
Are you an animal lover? Do you have experience being a receptionist or administrative professional? Do you love talking with people?
We are seeking an outgoing, friendly team player with excellent customer service, time management, communication, and organizational skills. We receive a high volume of calls and walk ins. Your time will be spent at the front desk working with customers in person, on the phone and computer.
You must be able to maintain:
Greeting customers and ensuring their needs are met
Answering/returning phone calls and emails
Scheduling appointments
Screening and following up on applications
Data entry, including updating and filing records
Giving facility tours
Managing incoming and outgoing money
Shelterluv program skills are a huge plus
Requirements and Qualifications:
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or Equivalent
6 months or more of administrative/front desk experience
Basic PC skills
Basic knowledge of Google docs, Excel, and Word
Available to work Tues-Sat 12-5pm
Basic knowledge of animal welfare practices is ideal but not required

Park County Animal Shelter (PCAS) is a registered Wyoming nonprofit with humble beginnings that stretch back to August of 1990.

Since 1996, we have been serving the greater Cody and Park County areas by providing a safe, no-kill shelter for all abandoned, stray, abused, neglected, and relinquished animals.

We are truly dedicated to the preservation of life and quality existence for all companion animals. Join us in our mission.
